A few reasons to consider welcoming as your agent . . .

Deborah Spicer . . . Welcoming you 'Home'

Sometimes you have to leave HOME to appreciate what you really have. I've never lacked for appreciation in calling the beautiful North Shore of Vancouver my HOME over the past many years.  But it was experiencing the exotic clash of contrasts in travel through Asia, that brought my appreciation of HOME to a higher level.

Perhaps it surfaced on that quiet side street of Beijing, where a child frollicked while his father gardened.  For them, HOME was the humble simplicity of a Hutong in the Old City, their quiet pride unmistakable.  There was the exuberant pride of the Guilin residential project sales team, promoting an exciting new community of some 10,000 condominiums, and with it an exciting new concept of HOME ownership.

Or was it the developer who spoke of luxury Shanghai penthouses selling at US$3,000 a square foot - unfinished - that spirited my own appreciation of our market back in Vancouver to a higher level?

I know that HOME means something very special to you.  It may be a haven of life long memories, a stepping stone to something more or a goal you feel is now within your reach.  Wherever you are in your life plan, I have thirty-four years of professional real estate experience working with first time buyers, seniors rightsizing, families upsizing and professionals relocating from around the world.

Whether you're buying or selling real estate, you'll likely have lots of questions.  Questions are what began my professional life as a radio and television news reporter in Toronto, southern Ontario and Vancouver, specializing in business and the markets.  It gave me a natural propensity to leave no stone unturned and, through that, awarded me the trust and loyalty of my clients and the respect of my colleagues.

Whatever shape your HOME takes, I'd welcome the opportunity of putting my timely market knowledge, sharp negotiation skills and appreciation of the value of your HOME to work for YOU.

A few words from a few clients . . . now friends . . .

"New York to Vancouver is a challenging move yet we accomplished so much in a very short time! From asking the right questions to negotiating the offer, you are a true customer advocate. Bottom line, you go the extra mile, genuinely care about your clients and deliver timely results.

"Never have we had better service. I feel it was through Deborah's efforts exclusively that our home was sold. She did what the 'Top Guns' of her industry could not. I would not hesitate to recommend her."  Rick and Lara

"The decision to move was a difficult one. It was easy to become overwhelmed comparing prices, amenities, square footage, location. To my great fortune, I met Deborah and things finally came together! And she found me a buyer for my property in a smooth and stress free manner.

During such a transitional time, it's a tremendous relief to know that you have someone so knowledgeable & professional on your side, looking out for your best interests. We have recommended her to several of our friends and hope to work with her again."     Katarina

"We thank Deborah for her support and patience in helping us find our ideal home. We are very lucky to have her as our realtor, consultant and now, more importantly, our friend."    Soraya
